Solid polycarbonate Novattro is protivooterne polymer glass according to GOST R 51136 "safety glass". Novattro has the highest ratings for impact resistance and resistance to penetration. Polycarbonate not broken into fragments, which are the primary cause of massive injuries. Monolithic polycarbonate is also called a metallic glass for high impact strength, which provides the sheets of vandal-proof strength and flexibility.

Multy-wall polycarbonate sheets Novattro meets all the requirements of GOST R 56712 "Multy-wall polycarbonate panels". The key parameters are the thickness of the UV-layer and the density of the sheet. The GOST and the certificate Novattro are given in the documents tab.
Multy-wall sheets Novattro have a guaranteed service life of not less than 14 years, which is confirmed by the test protocols in cell aging GUP NII Mosstroy and LLC "AKADEM-SIB". (see Documents tab) The manufacturer's liability is fixed in the Declaration of guarantee of quality of products of LLC "SafPlast".
Polycarbonate sheets of different manufacturers differ greatly in quality and service life, which is a key factor for the engineering materials. Polycarbonate is exposed to solar radiation, and if the sheets are not protected by a special UV-layer of optimal thickness, after two or three years the material will disintegrate. The sheets Novattro are protected by UV-layer of optimal concentration and thickness (not less than 40 micron - 60 micron) (the best in the world OMiPA extrusion equipment ensures uniform application of UV-layer). On solid polycarbonate sheets UV-layer is applied on both sides of the sheet (this is a necessary condition for transparent fences and noise screens).
guarantees a service life of polycarbonate and acrylic sheets and is a legally registered financial responsibility of the producer to the consumers. Attached to the payment documents warranty card sends the user to this Declaration and its provisions.
In contrast to the certificates the Declaration is the presence of the registered obligations of the producer to the consumer (reimbursement of the cost of sheets).
