Production phases

Raw materials imported into the territory of the enterprise of automobile transport, unloaded and placed in storage. For efficient storage of granulated polymer raw materials, the enterprise has organized silo warehouse (production company ABC, Germany). Granular materials after unloaders and before entering the production are stored in flexible silos representing a capacity of a multilayer high-strength textile material, suspended on metal frames and are fitted with metal parts for loading and unloading pellets.

Extruder machines

From storage raw materials are fed to the main process equipment. High-tech production lines of Italian OMIPA are some of the best its class. OMIPA in on-line mode, receives information about the production process for rapid response in the event of any failure in the equipment.

During the passage of technological operations on production lines for raw materials become finished products are packaged, labelled and prepared for transfer to the warehouse of finished products for shipment to customers.

Laboratory

Quality control of incoming raw materials and production is conducted by Technical Control Department. Laboratory of SafPlast conducts the measurement of the coefficient of light transmission, thickness, UV protective layer, the strength properties of the sheet, the thermal shrinkage.

The major equipment of the laboratory:

1. electron microscope to monitor thickness of UV layer;
2. tensile-testing machine determines the physical and mechanical properties of manufactured ;
3. spectrophotometer is for measuring light transmission
4. laboratory furnace to determine thermal stability of polymer products
5. special box with adjustable wavelength to determine the color shades (e.g., white sheets and panels)
