Novattro Decor possesses light-diffusing effect thanks to patten turnings on of glass fibre to the weight of sheet. Novattro Decor is released in transparent and color format.

Multy-wall sheets Novattro have a guaranteed service life of not less than 14 years, which is confirmed by the test protocols in cell aging GUP NII Mosstroy and LLC "AKADEM-SIB". (see Documents tab) The manufacturer's liability is fixed in the Declaration of guarantee of quality of products of LLC "SafPlast".

Polycarbonate sheets of different manufacturers differ greatly in quality and service life, which is a key factor for the engineering materials. Polycarbonate is exposed to solar radiation, and if the sheets are not protected by a special UV-layer of optimal thickness, after two or three years the material will disintegrate. The sheets Novattro are protected by UV-layer of optimal concentration and thickness (not less than 40 micron - 60 micron) (the best in the world OMiPA extrusion equipment ensures uniform application of UV-layer). On solid polycarbonate sheets UV-layer is applied on both sides of the sheet (this is a necessary condition for transparent fences and noise screens).

Thus, sheets with a thickness of 16 to 32 mm have a special X-shaped structure designed together with Kazan Technological University in accordance with the requirements for strength, transparency and heat resistance. Multy-wall polycarbonate (especially with a thickness of 16-32mm) is energy-saving material due to the combination of light transmission and heat-saving properties. It is 35% more efficient saves heat indoors:
the savings on heat and electroenergy (+4 hours of natural light; - 35% on energy consumption for heating due to the heat saving properties of a multi-channel air-filled structure of the sheet)
relief support structures (up to 7%) and reducing the total roofing material to 45% (due to light specific gravity (12 times lighter than glass) and the ability to withstand high wind and snow loads)
safe material (polycarbonate doesn't break into pieces, light weight)
