For competent installation of polycarbonate sheets is necessary to consider the thermal expansion of polycarbonate, hollow structure of multi-wall polycarbonate and the design. The quality of the components also depends on the durability of the structure.

Consider thermal expansion
Polycarbonate thermowasher and profiles NOVATTRO are intended to consider for thermal expansion of polycarbonate sheet (when fastening the sheet to the structure with screws). Without taking into account thermal expansion when the temperature of the extension and the sheet (change of the geometrical sizes) can lead to the destruction of the attachment.
Warranty. Service life 14 years
Multy-wall sheets Novattro have a guaranteed service life of not less than 14 years, which is confirmed by the test protocols in cell aging GUP NII Mosstroy and LLC "AKADEM-SIB". (see Documents tab) The manufacturer's liability is fixed in the Declaration of guarantee of quality of products of LLC "SafPlast".

Polycarbonate sheets of different manufacturers differ greatly in quality and service life, which is a key factor for the engineering materials. Polycarbonate is exposed to solar radiation, and if the sheets are not protected by a special UV-layer of optimal thickness, after two or three years the material will disintegrate. The sheets Novattro are protected by UV-layer of optimal concentration and thickness (not less than 40 micron - 60 micron) (the best in the world OMiPA extrusion equipment ensures uniform application of UV-layer). On solid polycarbonate sheets UV-layer is applied on both sides of the sheet (this is a necessary condition for transparent fences and noise screens).
